What a delight to discover your channel! I subscribe, as an average handicap golfer, to a number of golf instruction channels - not just to improve, but also to truly understand the elements of the game. I'm no longer young - but one can always learn. Your instructions appear to address that very elemental parts of golf - simple, yet complex. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my first contact with your channel in this video. I struggle with my woods - hit the 5 wood well enough most of the time, hit the 3 wood may 3 out of 5 of the time. Never really get the appropriate distance for my age. In any event, you hooked me. New-ish to golf, I started 2-3 years ago. I’m… not great… but have a blast doing it. The driver vs. iron stance - never knew that. Going on a trip this weekend and am going to try this out! Thanks for all the great tips. 👍🏻

I'm so good with my irons that by the second or third drive I've adopted the iron swing for the driver and have a wicked slice. This is great advice to get back and retrain my body when I get to the tee.

Playing tomorrow and my irons are not the best so will give your explanation a try. I am ok with driver (usually) but inconsistent with irons, so would like a bit more on tose . Great video and i will reprt my iron shots after my game. Happy days
