Damn those Cervical neck pulls and pops..you are very hyper mobile, sound a bit like mine..Been doing it for 25 years and still feels great..but I bet you must of had some pinched nerves and numb fingers? I get pins and needles in my fingers all the time from doing this but don't regret it one bit
