Sorry what makes this not a “good bike”? Have you tried it out yourself? What specifically makes it worse than the brand you recommend? Genuinely curious…

There’s a lot wrong with this bike which makes it even a potential safety hazard: 1. Lown Max Load capacity. 120kgs may sound like a lot but subtract the whopping 25kgs of the bike’s weight you have around 95kgs to work with. For the rider, dully geared up. That’s not a lot. Granted some more reputable companies have similar weight restrictions but their frames are mich better build. 2. The brakes are way underdimensioned for a bike like this. Mechanical discs with riny rotors won’t do much on a bike equipped wirh a motor that tops at 825W (which is insane for an e-bike). 3. The rims are about as cheap as you can get. They won’t stay true very long and will probably just taco at some point. 4. The Motor (probably a Bafang unit or similar) is way overpowered for the frame and fork which will definitely lead to problems. 5. The frame looks like a**. Just look at the welds. That’s not what a 25kgs e-bike should look like. 6. The battery is probably a house fire starter. 7. The drivetrain is about as rudimentary and unreliable as you can get. 8. For a hardtail this bike is insanely heavy. Idk how you can sit in front if a camera trying to convince people that this thing is lightweight. It weighs more than a full suspension enduro e-bike with a 600-800wh battery. I could go on and on. I would love to see a cheap e-bike that doesn’t suck but this thing can literally kill people. You should not promote this bike to anyone imho.

K not sure how valid the rest of your claims are when you say “the battery is probably a house fire starter “ lol. You can say that about any lithium ion battery. I’m pretty sure a Canadian based company like IMGadgets wouldn’t use a cheap battery for their products. It’s UL Certified and not like those cheap bikes you get on Temu. I’ve had the Plaid e-scooter by the company for 2 years now and not a single issue (also my house hasn’t burned down) so your claims about quality might not be as serious as you make it out to be 🤷‍♂️ but you do you …as I said in my review, I do think it’s a quality e-bike for the average cyclist. it might not be for some people and I think that might apply to you.

@@TheTechVengers if you ignore all points, brakes are still there. It is very unsafe to use so low cost and weak brakes on such machines. Someone will get hurt, luckily not you or someone you know. Be well.

That sucks but it sounds like you got a lemon. No company is immune to defects. It’s how the company responds moving forward that should really count here and I’m pretty sure you would be entitled to get that replaced under warranty. I suggest reaching out to them !

You should probably try using the display port cable . Grab one online and see if it works. If it does, more than likely the hdmi on that dock might be defective and you can exchange it under warranty

Hi Sherry! That is correct. As long as you buy a dock that I recommend on my site, you should be able to run multiple monitors as independent displays !
