I'm torn on this. I am not sure. These days they have so much they can do remotely, anyone can hit a switch. I think it will be different than using the military against us. I think it will be use another country against us. I think they will poke sticks at Russia and/or China until one or both of them decide to send nukes this way. When that happens the non-government people in charge of us now will institute a larger system of tyranny and since most people will be exhausted from trying to survive we won't be able to fight them. This is basically how Machiavelli explains things and the way politics works in his book The Prince.

@@JennWest-Liberty thank you for your reply. If people just learned to disobey, and just chosen what they really wanted to do, almost all the tragic events didn’t happen. What we all need to know is we can choose to disobey TOGETHER. It is important to do it all together. That kind of movement has been gradually being built in this world, I believe. We are in that process now, I hope.

Title 12 has no positive law citation and every law must be within the jurisdiction of the constitution. I would say trusts are not extraconstitutional since the constitution does not control private property and so anyone with a trust who is a private person should not have any interference by the federal government since it would be private. However, a trust in itself may be a sort of socialist system used within a family to keep private wealth and property for its heirs. (same as so called royal family). However, James E. Hughes says that the trusts can be ran and controlled through a republican or republic type system where the family members vote for the trustee and representatives and how the trust is ran in other words how the wealth is spent. Banks can be private banks and private banks can be private family banks instead of corporations for profit the way we have now. These private for profit banks are really family banks expanded where you are allowed to be a customer but you pay to use their trust money for loans etc. Often trusts are under no tax laws or the trusts that are good for 100 years expire and are renewed under lenient tax laws. Many of the wealthy have trusts that expire around the same thing. I believe Trump is one of the Presidents who allowed for more lenient trust taxation and the tax laws were loosened when he was in office. Also keep in mind, the tax code is Also NOT an actual law, it has no positive law citation. So the money we are taxed is actually or seems to be actually part of a trust where the wealthy have created a system, called it legal and constitutional, sold it to private citizens as a law, got us to volunteer ourselves to be a part of it and created a government office to run the non-positive trust laws and we all believe it is a constitutional government but really its just a trick.

@@JennWest-Liberty Trusts are contract and the Constitution seems to allow nearly all contracts. I would say even active military members are able to contract between themselves and with those outside the military in so far as the contract does not interfere with military duties. It seems to me those mentioned contracts would be upheld as the law in so far as there is not egregious harm. There are generally two main trust types: 1. Private among people only, which removes nearly all government oversight except egregious harm (undefined) and 2. public trusts where the government is an actor in the trust either because the parties begged the government for a license or the parties acting like they had begged for a license. This "acting" might be coming to court when summoned, answering the questions of an officer of the government when pulled over on the highway, or any of a number of other actions volunteered.
