😂😂😂😂😂😂 That’s horse shit , What about the stairwell area. Sectional valves and drain are almost always in the stairwells ESPECIALLY in residential areas. There is no reason to have them up in the ceiling like that other then having a jackass as a designer.

We should installed 3 level of sensors for effectiveness : floor level , midwall level and ceiling level otherwise it would be too big to handle

There is a valve for all the floors, you can close it from there. Simple as home tape. Or you can switch off the pump
