I guess that's the difference between people! This could be perfect for somebody but like a nightmare for someone else. I've tried it both ways, whenever I'm not wearing my headphones, I feel much more anxiety and the workout drags on for much longer. But if I have a fun daily mix playing, I'm able to keep up with the routine by working out to the beat or have bursts of dopamine from my music. Especially as someone with ADHD, maybe that's makes the difference as well but just sitting there listening to my thoughts surrounded by people does not sound like something my nervous system could handle. But everybody's different! I'm really glad that she found something that works for her

I loved the pure honesty. I just signed up and this is the first video I watched. I know I’m going to learn, start being more honest with myself and enjoy all this even though some may hurt, which is ok and bring honest to goodness joy to living.

Saint Jude interceded in the most wild impossible way for me..... I live on a 23 acre farm with 20 of those acres being tall pasture grass. I lost my family heirloom locket that is literally the size of my thumb nail Out there...... I was devastated but I went to go visit months months later the relic of Saint Jude in town when it came on tour literally that night maybe 4 or 5 hours later I go outside and my farm dog literally comes running at me and throws my gold locket at my feet. I know this sounds completely insane and impossible.... But Saint Jude brought me hope and affirmed my beliefs
