what is heating the oil? the heating element does heat the oil a bit, it is used to heat the air being pumped through it. so when it sprays out it's hot air along with hot oil ..

Very nice system! Most converted Becketts I've seen use either a constant level tank or a metering pump to supply oil to the burner. Maybe it's the angle of the camera but it looks like your fuel can is several inches below the fuel tube. From the end of the pickup in your fuel can how many inches up does the oil travel? You obviously have a good working system. Thanks

hey looks good. just wondering if you have any pictures of the air diffuser that used on the end of the burner? Do you have any videos of it lit out of the burner? what nozzle is in it? I converted one last year and then having trouble getting a good hot flame out of it. Any help would be nice

how much oil do you use

+thomas1971ish I run it about 12 hours a day and burn about 6 to 7 gallons. It runs the whole time so about 1/2 to 3/4 gallon per hour.
