If however the very well paid head of a church has been using sex workers, whilst I've got no issues with that, it is contrary to their brand and message, and people deserve to know. The Law should not interfere with prevention of that. Or a billionaire who isn't really a billionaire, relying on their reputation to be mega rich to obtain investments etc.

Fair. I suppose one caveat is that he was talking about the description of behaviour rather than the publication of images. I'm pretty sure O'Brien would share in your view that these images shouldn't be printed, but as his statement above portrays, there shouldn't be an issue with papers potentially printing the fact that you have shared those images with people.

But it's not illegal to report that you took said pictures and sent them. Think again sharp stuff.
