I go to the gym almost every day and have to wash it everyday is there anything anyone can recommend that I can do to prevent further hair loss. I’ve noticed my hairline receding and thinning. I do wear my hijab tight so will start with that. I have 3b type hair. Thanku and good luck to everyone going thru this 😭❤️
