I‘ve been drinking cola since as a kid and I mean nearly two liters every day some days even one and half. I just am addicted to it. I do drink coffee as well but I could stop coffee easily since I don’t really drink a lot of it. Cola is the problem I’m a very skinny dude I‘ve always wondered if it hinders my ability to gain weight healthy I‘ve always had a problem with gaining weight. I guess I was always blinded to it and I’m gonna be honest the other nasty addiction I have is smoking

40-year user here ; now too weak to even lift a coffee cup, and can barely walk without extreme foot pain (nerve damage). Now I can't get my weight above 71lbs, no matter what I eat. I have pooped in my pants, on the carpet, and almost in the bed, despite cutting down to 3 a day

The fact that you grow up have NOTHING to do with illnessses. You literally have your peak strength. At least you should. It is just the fact that you got exposed to it for so long. I am getting the side effects of depression to. I was sitting a LOT in the past few years and i started to feel it in my back. Thankfully i am free from any internal problems(at leats as long as i am willing to change) This is not okay guys. Take care of yourselves!
