I return to my former employer. Many new younger employees. I never got training. Co-workers that were supposed to train me never did. I was yelled at and treated poorly. I endure this treatment for two weeks. One supervisors advise me to file a harassment case and because I am older they treated me unjust. One co-worker yelled at me in front of customers. I could not take this treatment. I broke down in tears. A customer put $20.00 in my hand and said "You don't have to take this". One person at work said this was unlawful employment discrimination. I left in tears. I went to the manger and she was advised of this treatment and pretended she did not know and Human Resources were made aware of this treatment. I contacted Human Resources and they were aware of this discrimination, and they did nothing. While talking to the supervisor they admitted to this treatment. I ask to be transfered to another department. I contacted Humane Resources many times and I was advised there are no positions available. Indeed is a job cite, and the my company has put out in adds regarding the position I have requested to be transfered to. I am advised there is no position for me. Do you feel I have a unlawful discrimination case?

lawyers are jerks. So every word we say gives the lawyers more ammo to take more of our money. and put it in their pocket. Money the did not earn but feel they are entitled to. What a great deal you talk to someone and they can take your money. What has our world come to?

One of the most valuable deposition prep videos that I've seen and I've watched over a hundred - very informative. I'm working to answer these very important questions and refresh my memory waiting 3 years so far to have this moment but my attorney did not prepare me as well as this video. Thank you.

Did you ever think about how you can help your family survive during an emergency circumstance? What supplies would you need, food, water, shelter, first-aid, personal protection? Read this amazing survival guide “suvo amazing guide” (Google it) for more about which supplies and instruments you must prepare when you face imminent danger.

Seems you've gone from depositions to information of discrimination. Perhaps that should have become a separate video.
