Looks so good! You're brave to post an alfredo recipe. The Italians are brutal in these cooking streets 😂

Alfredo is American food. Italian, not approved.

From what I heard from Italians is you just use real parmasan(sp) cheese and a little bit of the noodle water. None of the grocery stores by me have real parmasan only the kind you put on pizza 🫤😢

Oh its fantastic. But alfredo is basically just glorified Bechamel sauce. Really hard to watch calories with it.

Cast Iron Pork Chops Ingredients 4 bone-in pork chops 1 inch thick 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons avocado oil 2 tablespoons butter unsalted 4 thyme sprigs Instructions Heat a 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in oil and swirl to cover the bottom of pan. Season pork chops on both sides with sea salt and black pepper. Cook one side for 2-3 minutes until brown and crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until brown and crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Add the butter and thyme sprigs to the bottom of the pan. Tilt the pan to allow the butter to pool to one side. Spoon the butter over the pork chops for 3 minutes. Flip and butter the other side. Cook pork chops to 145℉ and remove from the pan, cover with foil and rest for 7-10 minutes. Drizzle any remaining butter over the pork chops before serving
