I’m in my 50’s and I’ve never eaten Alfredo sauce? Is it good?
@wideawakeandaware-222 күн бұрын
Absolutely delicious but eat sparingly since it has ALOT of fat.

Looks so good! You're brave to post an alfredo recipe. The Italians are brutal in these cooking streets 😂
@PitsTasteGood2 күн бұрын
Alfredo is American food. Italian, not approved.
@abbygale35222 күн бұрын
From what I heard from Italians is you just use real parmasan(sp) cheese and a little bit of the noodle water. None of the grocery stores by me have real parmasan only the kind you put on pizza 🫤😢

Didn’t know a sauce needed a nationality. It’s just delicious, you should try it.
@PitsTasteGood2 күн бұрын
Oh its fantastic. But alfredo is basically just glorified Bechamel sauce. Really hard to watch calories with it.

Add a splash of lemon juice.

Great suggestion! I love to do that when we are making a creamy lemon chicken!

When you aren't recording, would you put those spices in separate bowls or measure and dump in 1 bowl? I hate doing dishes 😊
