0:13 would've killed you if she did the quicker attack where she attacks from the bottom (the "uppercut" attack). It's recommended to use fast melees, and jumping only once as soon as she's startled is a good idea too, jumping too much can throw off your aim or push you away from her on hills. 0:55 is risky too, although very rare bc Witches don't spawn together. Wandering Witches gets startled if you attack near them, even if you don't attack them directly, you somehow got lucky the other witch didn't get startled from you attacking so close to her.
