i remember watching ep 1 and 2 of the new series and being SO happy that annabeth was black so to see that a 14 YEAR OLD is getting hate for smth she can’t control rlly breaks my heart bc there are so many race changes in the percy jackson world ( movie groover and book groover) but the actor who was a fully grown adult wasnt getting any hate but a child is #LeahisOurAnnabeth
