I been messing with just using a connecting city using only pathway. Taxis and hordes of people coming flowing into my city on foot. I have railway and subway connections as they enter. My pop is at 414,000 at 48,000 moving in per hour. I have two spot that gets some traffic jams. Most of my city traffic in minimal. My industry and commerce areas use the highway. Industry are I use exit points every 5 blocks to another city. Currently 314,000 use public trans system.

Just make the road building this good in CS 1 and you can delete the second one

At 34:35 there is some weird lane things going on at the bridge over the rails

The very high unemployment rate was because of a bug. When people get homeless, they do not leave the city and continue to live in the city in a park, and are situated to that job . When new people move in there's no job for them because of homeless people and the unemployment rate is very high. In order to remove this bug you should use bye bye homeless mod from PDX mods.

I love the details you add. It really brings the scenes to life. One thing I would suggest is adding either the Toggle Overlays mod or at least the Whiteness Toggle mod to eliminate the whiteout condition whenever you open one of the info-view panes. It would make seeing what you're doing a lot easier. Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love the new city! It’s amazing how you integrate densities so seamlessly like and blocks acting like small communities, make sure not to forget to add a few parks instead of putting parking every time 😅

Have you seen the new recolor mod? If you want, you could use it to change the color of the hospital to something a little less white and bright

It's really amazing that you can design a city that makes the limited assets we have in this game and yet have it look as good as your city does. I guess it just pure talent and skills that enables you to do such awesome looking city builds, I can only imagine what you will be able to do if they ever figure out how to implement actually pro level assets into the game. And by the way just wanted to add my opinion on the recent economy update, it sucks donkey ball's big time. 😢

I have the same problem. All my bus stops, parks and taxi ranks are full of them. And I have tried everything. I think you’re right. It’s the outside city connection. All the jobs and homes go to outside the city. Not to the ones inside first.

I have the same issues, everyone is homeless because I deleted a neighborhood and they just keep standing their on the sidewalk. now everyone is old and my complete city is dying or getting sick all at the same time.

You can use the ‘recolor’ mod to change the colour of the hospital if you don’t like it. Great episode as always. I love your methodical development method! I’d love to be able to build this good.

I'm guessing that at no point you checked the shipping lines... "How can these people still keep coming in?" as the ships sail along... or did you cut the passenger lines off camera? Love the new port area (dumper truck looks a bit out of place but hey...) and that second college works well.
