To bypass the modesty requirement: made the modesty layer the color of what is meant to be the actual character tone, and make the rest of the character recolorable. This makes it so you can’t get banned while you also almost evade making a modesty layer

I have no idea why on earth people are not talking about these types of incidents often enough. It's really important to discuss stuff like this so kids can be aware of what they're getting themselves into. I feel that Roblox themselves need to have a News section on their actual website for Roblox-related news articles like this.
