Nice healthy siren. Lower in pitch than the noon blast, just as I remember, but at the same time, nice and loud. The dampers didn't even close at all on this one. This reminds me of the 2T22 in Ankeny.

Absolutely Beautiful, also if you use a UV-5R like me how come your tones are loud, I had mine at full volume and they were quiet [It was Urbandale tones if this matters]

Thanks. When I walked back over to my camera I heard the first two tone and then I grabbed it and turned it up because I thought the mower was so loud. But some county tones can just be sluggish and quiet like madison county.

@tristangardner3889 yeah no problem! This has been on my list for awhile. I never actually knew it went off at 7am and 6pm. I always went to events here as a kid and would hear it go off.

I find it interesting that this siren did the three-minute alert at 12:19 PM, which is early. I was a little surprised when I heard it for the first time in 2001 for the moment of silence in response to the 9/11 attacks because it sounded much different than the regular daily blasts and the fire calls/attack tone, or what I call the "help" whistle.

Its a P15. The reason being is because it has a higher pitch at full windup that 10 hp units don't have.

@IowaSirensProductions this one has more of a pitch like a p-10. Take a clermont county p-15 for example which are slightly higher pitched and have a faster wind up.
