Just installed it. But the engine cover is too close if not touching the charge pipe. Wont that create an issue with heat of charge pipe? Or it’s not touching it ?

Great video. Subscribed so I can keep up to date on maintenance on my own GR Corolla. Any recommendations on how to pick a shop? I can do some of my own maintenance but would rather leave bigger jobs to a professional.

Install looks like a huge pita tbh. So many little pieces to move out of the way just to install the front coilovers. And you have to cut the strut brace or whatever it is called to be able to adjust the damping? (if you don't want to always have to remove the strut brace to make adjustments that is). Wow what a huge pita.

wouldent this be consider a downgrade to to a flow form wheels since the stock oem wheels are forge wheels.

I figured a way to make this kit operate the HKS BOV normally. With my setup now it only opens during shifts or when I release the gas peddle.

Just installed mine. Just my 2 cents but cutting the heat shield with a dremmel took way too long and using an angle grinder felt sketchy in my hands so I got a pair of metal cutting shears. it was quick and easy from there

IDK, they all sound cheap… nothing like a true v8. Waste of money, permanently open valve with stock exhaust is best.

I’ve had my eye on the same setup as the 2nd one for a long time. I’m worried though that it will sound too similar to stock with not much difference at all in pops and sound level. What are your thoughts about this having heard the setup in person?

Boy, I wish they had something like this for the 2019-2022 Non-Aspirated Corolla XSE Hatchback, 6 Spd. M/T, w/the 2.0L engine. I considered buying a new GF, but w/interest rates so high, I said forget about it, at least for now.
