To anyone watching you don’t need the special caliber tool, a C clamp and a pair of needle nose pliers. Clamp and tighten Release and twist with pliers Repeat until it fits

That's not actually the filter. It's a strainer / sock (pre-filter). How many miles on that engine ? Mine has 304,000 and I'm still on the original pump. Looks like water got inside that tank and led to pre-mature failure of the pump.

This JUST happened to me exactly yesterday. This is the first video I came about. I pray this is my problem. I thought it was bad radiator or busted water pump.

I just changed my radiator using this video. It was one of the easiest videos I ever done for a repair on my car. It was super easy. It probably took me maybe less than an hour to do. Thanks very much for the step-by-step video. It save me over $200 having a mechanic to do it.

Nice video. I knew the procedure but was unsure about the gasket. I remember my old Jeep was a nightmare to replace the thermostat. Those old Jeeps had a completely useless paper thin gasket. The good news is that if you needed a "coolant sprinkler", Jeeps can function as that. Nissan is way better. Thank God.

Get ya some PB Blaster and fill the well of each spark plug on a cold engine. Let sit for a half hour then do it again. Start her up, let warm up for say 20-30 min. then shut her down and immediately squirt each plug thread body with PB, where it meets the engine. An expanded hot hole, then a cooled shrinking plug and pop, out she comes.

If you still own this TroyBilt TB160 lawnmower, can you do me a huge favor and send me your lawnmower’s Honda GCV160 engine serial number so I can look up the length and width of your camshaft? My TB160’s Honda GCV160 engine overheated and burned up the piston rings. I gave the engine to a metal recycler. When I went to go order a new Honda GCV160 engine from a small engine shop, they needed to know the length and width of my old engine’s camshaft. Since I do not have my old engine’s serial number, I can’t look up that information. With your serial number, I can look up the length and width of the camshaft that was in the Honda GCV160 engines mounted to all TB 160 lawnmowers. The engine serial number is etched into a metal plate just behind the engine muffler. The GCV160 serial number begins with 5 letters, then a space, then 7 numbers, then a space and then 3 more letters and numbers. Thanks in advance.

Thank you! I really like your channel, as I have a 2001 Honda Accord. For viewers: OEM part numbers for *1992-2007* 2.3L/4CYL Honda Accord. ALWAYS verify with your local dealer. There are online places you can buy OEM parts without from local dealers, which will rip you off! Part No.: *37760-P00-003 SHOULD ALREADY COME WITH THE NEW O-RING. IF NOT, SEE BELOW FOR THE O-RING PART* *Switch* Assy., Thermostat (A-93) (NIPPON THERMOSTAT) [Accord | 2001 | 2 Door LX | KA 4AT] Part No.: *91307-PN3-000* *O-Ring* (17.8X1.4) [Accord | 2001 | 2 Door LX | KA 4AT] Thermostat itself for *1990-2003* 2.3L/4CYL Honda Accord. You might as well replace the thermostat! BUT you will need to replace the coolant as well, since removing the thermostat will drain out the coolant! Part No.: 19301-PAA-306 *Thermostat* Assy.
