This is def the right way when it comes to the body 💯 it only becomes wrong when u think it works the same on the jaw and chin, I’m not with “conditioning the chin”… yeah u can but you do it with ways like chewing gum, neck workouts, & some jaw line exercises but if your coach thinks that taking punches to the chin outside sparring on regular is conditioning then find a new one because all their gonna do is help you speed run CTE since Boxing long term problems health wise already in reality come from sparring and the standing 10 count.

Yeah, Frank has been out of the ring for 11 months himself so that's not much better than the time Tank was out of the ring and he didn't have to go to jail either so it was no reason for him to not have fought a fight in the meantime in between time. Remember, he ducked Shakur and avoided that matchup supposedly because of a lowball offer. For Tank, because he stayed in tip-top shape, he didn't have lose inordinate amount of weight when camp started to get ready he will be able to bounce back quicker instead of having a fat camp. When you stay ready and don't have get ready it does wonders for you returning to form and knocking that boxing rust off once he feels out a couple rounds in this upcoming matchup. Anyway, keeping yourself in good shape outside the ring and now he could work on his sharpness and perfecting skills to develop that muscle memory punch placement and defense. Another positive for Tank is his nutrition. Since he hired his own personal shelf Tank has made weight comfortably and without doing too much harm to the body by draining his body of vital fluids. Tank will be fine but being outside that squared circle for that amount of time will naturally cause some apprehension until he gets in there then it will be like riding a bicycle for Tank. This fight will be tough for Tank initially but I got Tank downloading that data and feeling him out from 1 maybe 2-6 of the first half of the fight then dropping the hammers from angles that the Ghost will not see coming and I think that will eventually catch and get Frank out of there in later rounds.
