Don't you find you're unable to fully tighten the adaptor piece and the thing leaks when you turn the tap up?

Thank you. The official brita video was terrible. It's pretty straight forward, but I found an o-ring that I had to remove from the initial mesh part. It worked fine after that.

I bought it a week ago. But I noticed a very bad smell of the filtered water ONLY. If I let few glasses of water out into the sink then it is okay again. Next time it happens again. Unfiltered water doesnt stink, so it must be the filter. Anybody noticed it? What could be the solution?

they say it doesn't but the amount of calcium that can be found in your tap water is close to zero so doesn't really matter tbh, if you want to consume some calcium it is better to get it from some dietary supplement, don't rely on the tap water to get enough minerals cuz it contains almost nothing

@@orszagpeter7605 well i think my town supply has too much minerals from what I've been told, my kettle gets white sediment in the bottom and shower doors are covered in white water marks, plumber told us it's calcium deposits from the water, they call it hard water. The old town i use to live in wasn't as bad

I also saw this Brita On Tap in Hong Kong. I found the capacity of Brita is 600L while Cleansui is 900L. Finally, I bought Cleansui and make a KZfaq video about unboxing and comparison.

what if LED display stops working? I did chnge theb batery and the filter but the display still shows 0 (intermitent) Thanks

Hi Carlos, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, these filter are not repairable if something has really gone wrong. First, I would suggest you to try pressing the reset button (press it for 2 to 5 seconds). The reset button is the small black button right above the battery chamber.
