I did see you had your house listed but I assumed you were going to become a van lifer. I don't mind being wrong. Once you get your next house fixed up you should consider renting it and buying another place. It's one way of becoming financially independent.

Finally a dexent advice, and I just want to wish everyone who quit 9-5 for their own activity, best of luck, and passion. I was working a "good". (by a family standards) job for a decent pay, but I came back to home, and every night I was sad and overthing, then one day I decided to open my small shop. And oh boy, that was an rollercoaster 😅, my friends helped me to fit my little shop, and it was not perfect, but after couple of years, I didn't became rich, but I became happy, everyday I wake up, I'm going to my work happy, and sometimes I have dark days, but is still million times better than my previous job. Everyone who working for themselves instead of someone, you are my heroes. And these People, will always have place in my heart. All the best 👍

Nice but nature designs the way it does for a reason. Geodesic/egg shaped is key. Protection from the elements as well as maintaining temperature balance all year long instead of needing to heat or cool as well as letting that heat/cool air escape. Same as the reason the shape for a pyramid allows the inside to maintain its cooler temperature and circulates air to save through design being one half of the egg!
