Does the 5 out work against a 2-3 or 3-2 defense?
@M14HoopsАй бұрын
No it does not. Would need to run zone offense against those defenses.

About time you opened up the Comments.... I would just like to say that you are the First I've seeing say thing how they should be.. We need to teach the way to play not just "this is how you play". I've been watching your Video for 2 or more years now and I'm still amazed with how you communicate on how very thing is linked together. Man keep it up... For the love of the Game.

“After they finish the layups…..”. I guess we’ll never know. Sorry but the video I just watched with Calipari wasn’t explained well and never talked about what shots they would progress into next.

the fact that he can run the staggered screen drill and not have it devolve into total chaos tells me that this guy knows what he is talking about with youth basketball. Impressive.

I just started doing this and it definitely works, I’m a shorter basketball player, so using my off hand helps me a lot.

Thank you so much Coach. You may help me save myself from myself. I’ve been so stressed out trying to teach my two 3rd and 6th grade teams offensive alignment in a city where coaches just volunteer and no nothing about the game and you are a true leader.

Hey i was wondering if you're allowed to use a kinda "karate chop" to swipe of your defenders arms instead of a normal swipe is this allowed or is it illegal?

This is a GREAT breakdown of how to set screens and how to use screens. I see varsity high school games where older kids have a tough time setting, using, and defending screens. They should watch this video. Well done!!

I disagree with the post stuff. Sealing your man to prevent him from helping is a very effective way of handling this situation. They use it at every level of the sport

Primary break = fast break and early game (8 first sec). Secondary break = 5x5, the defenders are not organized (16 first sec).
