Damn. Wayne Nelson was a dead ringer for Silence of the Lambs era Ted Levine. “Put the tambourine in the basket!”

If ur a big fan of this type of music ( much like myself ) , one could close ur eyes, and if you really didn't know any better , you could almost swear you were listening to the band " Chicago " . For they also were ( at least at the time ) famously known, for having a " horn section " if you will, to alot of their songs . And while as a rule LRB didn't or don't have one, the addition of a horn on this particular cut , along with the tight background harmonies, and the overall sound in general, does tend to lend you to the generalized sounds of the band , Chicago...mind you, these comments are solely made IMHO...many blessings to you 🙏 all..hagd and tc everyone 😊😊

Bumped into Glen a few years ago at Sydney airport. I wish I said gday. He was there to meet someone late at night. The earliest song in my memory is hang on help is on the way by LRB. Great harmonies. He worked with Sir George Martin of the Beatles also, Sir George I did meet.

I'm telling you guys...I can CLEARLY remember those times and songs...ofc , I'm plenty old enough to do so..lol. But with that said, I remember thinking at the time , ( bc I myself am a musician, long since retired now ) that even though the " Eagles " were ( and still are ) my all time favorite band , these guys were giving EVERYBODY a strong run for their money..!!! I hated that the original members weren't together all that long, before fate ( among other things ) stepped in. Anyway, that's my 3 cents worth.. many blessings to everyone 🙏 and tc...hagd and stay 🙏 safe..😊😊

Glenn Shorrock has such a great, soulful voice. Birtles and Goble harmonizing with him is such greatness. They are 3 great vocalist. And great songwriters.

I can't find a copy of Glenn Shorrock's CD The Villain of the The Peace re-issue anywhere. I have been looking for a reissue for years. I don't know how I missed the 2021 re-release. Can anyone please help me locate who has it?

Cool Music, relaxing real vocals and music. The bass sounds like journey. The piano player can play and the lead singer can sing.
