You reeally shouldnt bend and pull on the leaves like that. Also, theyre typically happier with a lot of pumice or perlite or coarse sand mixed up in all that.

Have two variaties of pothos that I really love, but I think they need repotting since they're not growing that well, and the golden one doesn't seem to love any place I've put it so far. Both still quite small, but I'm going on a repotting and plant care spree today, and will follow your advice! This was the best video I found on saving an ailing pothos without excess waffling too!
