best piece of advice ben needs, is keep your elbows tucked close to your ribs. when you punch. when you guard, when you move. always. elbows tucked tight. will make your punches more compact and direct.

Amazing interview! That’s what you call a great boxer and genuinely chill person. Bivol got animal boxing IQ, footwork, and amazing combinations. The fighter who’s not just waiting for one punch power to knock you out. Much love and support from 🇰🇬🇰🇬🇰🇬

@@Ricky829 He left her and asked for divorce.. She has given an interview and said the incident happened after they had divorced when they got in a very heated emotional argument after he had returned the kids home and he slapped her. They both look and sound like very complex people tho.. Im sure there is much more to it. But you can tell he got a dark side and by trying to control everything even in the ring, prolly controlling is his coping mechanism. Hope he learns how to let things be and flow inside him cause he has very good parts as well!

I feel like bivol should work more on his speed with his left hook and endurance, because thats what he needs against beterbiev. his short hooks are good and fast, but sometimes on the bags his left hook seems slower.

From my observation he kept it closed and relaxed at first , then he clenches as he punches.. thats how its supposed to be for better speed and more power!
