I mean just my thoughts as an Oxford University student but like you had time to do a full body workout, tend to your own business, and go to more than one library. All that on top of losing sleep because of stress (which will drastically lower productivity). As someone who’s also going through the crucible right now, I feel you it’s rough, but if I can go to the gym and be done by 19:30, it’s not really been a bad day. Sleep is always my number one priority, as it should be anybody’s, since it’s the biggest contributor to being able to learn and focus. Being at a top university (or just having a gruelling job as many do), you really do need to evaluate your sleep, diet, etc., in order to succeed.

now try to do my routine: Work for 23 hours, sleep one hour, eat and drink once a day and take a shyt ton of magnesium and vitamins to help you focus. after 1hr sleep decide that you don't have time to sleep and work for 2-3 day with no sleep, you're too tired to eat so F eating, let's work until we die.
