If you get an Interview at a NHS children's hospital what questions would they ask you regarding children?
@carolforde-johnston13 күн бұрын
You may be asked about why want to work with children, any experience caring for children children, what do you know about this employer and the role you've applied for (i.e. the research you have done linked to the role and job description).

In the Tell me about yourself? NHS Interview question how is this for an answer? - I have worked in Admin and Retail, customer facing roles, having studied the Job description in detail I feel I have a lot of transferable skills and my strengths and experience are a good match for the role of nursing assistant. For example, I am a caring person who gets great satisfaction from meeting others. I am a strong communicator with excellent organisation skills and can work well in a team and under pressure. I understand this Job will be extremely challenging at times, but I prefer to work in a pressurized environment where I can make a difference, outside of work I like reading, listening to music and hiking.

Are these questions very similar to the ODP apprenticeship interview questions ?
@carolforde-johnston20 күн бұрын
Yes as you may be asked why you want to become an ODP? What are the key responsibilities of ODP? Why you chose apprenticeship route and what the course/ apprentinceship entails? How you plan to manage your time / balance assingments with apprenticeship etc. I hope your interview goes well. 🍀

Does primary prevention class as primary sector care? X
@carolforde-johnston21 күн бұрын
Primary prevention aims to prevent disease or injury before it occurs, e.g. altering unhealthy behaviours that can lead to disease. Secondary prevention is reducing impact of disease. Hope that helps.
@Charthe1st20 күн бұрын
@@carolforde-johnston it does thank you, so really you could receive secondary prevention at primary sector services e.g insulin shots at GP? I appreciate your help and your videos!
@carolforde-johnston20 күн бұрын
@@Charthe1st Yes secondary prevention could include daily aspirin to prevent further stroke or heart disease so yes this would work to stabilise diabetes and prevent complications.

Is it possible to obtain qualitative data or findings from a quantitative research study? I see this somewhat around the discussion area.
@carolforde-johnstonАй бұрын
When you have a purely quantitative study you have numerical data and can have descriptive statistics but the study data is quantitative. However if there is a discussion in the paper it could describe the findings using words - is this what you mean? Just because you describe the data findings doesnt make the study data qualitative though, if the study was a purely quantitative study. Not sure if that helps.

Hii Where can I find the answer for how to increase training figures in palliative care ???
@carolforde-johnstonАй бұрын
It depends which type of training and for who. Check on health care databases for articles like this: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.5694/j.1326-5377.2003.tb05573.x Also Marie Curie has some resources on their website. I hope that helps.
