It wasn't until i tried to label a recent object of desire as avoidant that i realized i was just damn like him, emotionally walled off, extremely guarded to the point only potential sex partners could even get through. You can journal, and that's always great, but if you want to take the Xpress train, find someone to help, like a therapist, or a Spiritual Healer. Then watch your life become amazing as the new You attracts everything and everyone you LOVE! Of course, there's way more to do, but this list will at least, get you started!
