2 years ketogenic and while I improved I had to go all the way to heal 5 years ago, I went full-on LION/CARNIVORE ruminant meat, salt, and water only. and I have healed Oh yeah I'm 75. My only regret is I did not find this when I was 35. (I have now added coffee with heavy whipping cream and butter.) two weeks so far so good. I will let y'all know.

I was in a 20 year post divorce funk. Feeling nothing was safe. Then I obtained an affordable apartment ,exercise and paleo low carb changed everything. I'm healthy and strong most days BUT i got sick, ER visit... You don't appreciate being well if you don't get sick once in a while. IMHO

So there are zero studies/research of meat not diets, right? So how can medical experts recommend something for all people that has no control studies let alone long term analysis and statistics? What are these diets doing to one’s heart, arteries and cholesterol levels etc? This is all speculation at best. People with first hand experience and benefits of this diet on KZfaq proves nothing.

It's not a smart diet. Talk to a nutrionist. Docto4s don't study nutrition. Every nutrionist I asked said it's a very unhealthy diet. The founding father was atkins. That diet was a disaster. Nutrionist

Quite a few people here on KZfaq have been noticing what appear to be cognitive problems with Donald Trump. In the interest of being “apolitical” and balanced, you should look seriously at Trump as well. He is only 2 or 3 years younger than Biden. At 81, Biden has already said he will be stepping down this year, but Trump intends be in power until he is 83 (at least!).

I am quite surprised by the statements and allegations made by Dr. Anna which I found grossly exageratted. We all know rhat Joe Biden has speach difficultes with shuttering a d perhaps it is harder for him noe to concentrate in order to avoud rhis. Apart from confusing some bames I don't recall having seen any speech whee he misquoted some recollection of events, and if then she has to mention which ones. Of course during the past 6 months we can observe physical decline where he walks much slower and ooks tired and his balance looks fragile He also cobfused names one in a while. Thats all.

Biden seems to be seeing small people around him, trying to greet them, and also people who are not there, could this be the Lewy body disease? This is a characteristic of that disease in specific.

A coworker years ago seems to have had these seizures. Of course, I can't know that for sure. You'd be in the middle of a conversation with her and she would just "stop listening." She'd look at you or seemingly something behind you with a blank stare. It was like she shut off. It would last maybe 15 seconds or so... Maybe longer because I wouldn't notice at first. I'd say her name one or twice & she'd "turned back on." She didn't know what I had said & didn't act confused - just picked up the conversation. I always wondered what it could be. I lost touch with her. Hope she's okay.

I’ve taken so many different nootropic supplements and they all barely worked if at all, alpha brain works once I take it 2 days in a row, but never on the first day. I have stepped away from it multiple times and come back and it has always been the same result. It is by far the only supplement I take that has made a noticeable difference. I am a different person on it.

What’s a “lithium supplement”?
@ScottCousland
@ScottCousland 5 күн бұрын
A good food source of lithium is alfalfa. When I began using hair trace elements analysis in my healing practice I tested my hair and found my lithium levels off the chart. I had been chewing 25 alfalfa tablets daily for years. I began taking them as part of a vegan cleansing diet back in the late 90s, and continued taking them after I went back to being an omnivore because I love the taste, specifically the tablets made by Bernard Jensen. After seeing my lab results I reduced to 5 tablets daily. A few months later I retested my hair and lithium had come down into the normal range. (I weigh 200 lbs).

this isnt directly related to joe biden but you mentioned confabulation sometimes appearing in people who abuse alcohol which i find super interesting given that alcohol effects the brains ability to create and retain memories. ive never looked super far into it but i wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the reason why the confabulation happens in those with alcoholism. ❤

My wish would be that humans who consume exploited animals get to come back after death, in sequence, as each of those animals that the human partook in consuming. The human would get to fully experience the consciousness of each animal, with each moment of misery and pain during confinement magnified. And the one additional aspect of the human's transferred consciousness would be that s/he would have knowledge of his or her purpose as a confined and exploited animal: that of being a commodity that serves human sensory pleasure, accompanied by an elevated awareness of what slaughter day would be like, you know, the prophetic awareness of a psychic with that supernatural quantum connection. Maybe that would give the humans who pay for the abuse of animals in order to satisfy their personal pleasures a more intimate view about their ethically destitute practices in their lives of entitlement. And so they can merrily pursue their supernatural conflation with the "conscious" universe and dream of reconnecting with "loved" ones on the other side, eh?

Most of your explanations are based on the ketogenic diet. Then you say you can't use a correlation between studies about meat and cancer. These 2 statements can not coexist. Misinformation is very bad.
