There was a time when a Big Mac cost $3.00. In the time right before Brandon. And when a dollar was worth 75 cents. In the time right before Brandon. Now? A big Mac costs $7.00. Thank you so much, Brandon! And a dollar is worth 50 cents. I love you, Brandon! All dripping sarcasm aside, it now makes sense economically to put the effort in to SHOP for fresh food and PREPARE it yourself, since 'convenience' is so costly now...GFYS BRANDON!

To help toppings stay on the patty place a circular ring on the top then put your toppings in the ring. Quick tip.

Future burger idea! I make this about twice a month. I LOVE it and I think you would too! Toasted buns, normal 20/80 or mixed with pork, STRONG blue cheese (melted), layer with crispy bacon, onion (or challot), unsweetened charp pickles, tomato, lettuce, sweet BBQ sauce. Hope you see this and make it. I would love to know how you like it. 😊

What a beautiful burger Greg! - I've been using the Grill Grates for many years on my gas grill and love them. Have you tried prosciutto ham instead of bacon on your burgers? I love it. - Cheers!

Why put the mayo in a smaller bowl, only to transfer it to a larger bowl? Put it in the larger bowl right off the bat - one less step, one less dish to wash...

Sensational burger. Made these tonight and they are outerageous. Small changes (dutch mayo, seeded buns, regular thin smash), but still a flavor powerhouse. This sauce dude 😊😊😊...so simple but 100% in yer face flavor...

Have you actually tried making your own burger buns? They're a game changer, I'm never buying grocery store buns again! I developed an ultimate recipe that is as fluffy and light as storebought buns, but is superior in taste! Usually homemade buns, especially brioche, are way too dense and steal the show, you don't really taste anything else in a burger. But I have a secret tip to prevent that from happening

Looks good to me Greg,I may try this this week, but I want to do a twist to it,and use an English muffin I can get from the local bakery that's the size of a small plate to use as the bun lol
