Thank you for the info but I already knew all this and I'm already doing them. I have a few months of expenses in savings, I'm investing and making profits at the moment, I'm tracking all my cash flow, I'm learning to have a better career while trying to decide what business I would like to have and how to manage it, but I still feel like it's not enough. What can I do more than that?

The last bit is very much true. I've been meaning to write a mobile app for YEARS. When I first got the idea, we were using iOS 8. Now iOS 18 is about to be announced next week. Not taking action sucks.

I love it when people look at my 24 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee and look down on me. The car is an awesome 4x4 and was fully optioned up from factory with the best mechanical bits and it is near perfect condition. I do not care about people who drive more modern 4x4's as know mine will rescue them from any serious 4x4 track. And I could easily afford to purchase a new luxury 4x4 tomorrow outright.

Unrealistic goals for the average working salary. Not that is bad advice, but who can set aside a full emergency fund every payday? Some of these actions do not belong on a short term list.

Bought a Toyota Corolla in 2011. It was already 3 by then and had 57,000 miles on it. I taught myself to drive. Pittsburgh hills, snow and potholes were horrendous on the car with an inexperienced driver. She lasted me all up until last month! And shes still not dead, I just have to change the time belt if I really wanted. That car was amazing! Shes ugly but she got me through college and most of my military career. I just bought a new 2024 toyota venza as I have never had a new car (the old car was my first and only and im heading into my 30s). Right now, new cars are almost just as high priced as used cars!

Dividends got me into investing in the stock market. In my opinion, if you're investing and have income other than dividends, you can live on dividends without selling. That means you can pass this on to your kids to give them a head start in life. I have over $600,000 in my portfolio which include some covered call etfs for dividends and other etf`s for growth; (SCHD, DVY, VIG, SDY & JEPI)

They never mention gold or silver once at any university. That includes all the ivy league ones and O &C and the rest. Precious metals are a major part of the financial system , but this is omitted from the curriculum . There are nefarious reasons why. Have you read The Creature from Jekyll Island ??
