UK we have very few license requirement's. builders dont need one. movers dont need one, plumbers dont need one. seems like we are more free from regulations than you are. Companies don’t charge by the half hour - they charge to the nearest hour. The fact that she doesn’t understand that and wants to wait for the police is just pushing the time up so technically they will have to pay a lot more. They seem to think the timer should stop while the poor movers are having to wait around for them to actually get together the money they committed to pay.

Be careful doing this. If you get caught they can seek legal action against you since the tracker is their property as well as the truck. It only becomes "your truck" when it's paid off. Until then, the dealer or finance company are the rightful legal owners.
