This game is one of the best I've ever played on mobile, but if there's one thing the developers need to revise, it's the concept of forging equipment. It's a boring and outdated formula, this attribute roll scheme is extremely tiring, you could very well be inspired by the method used in Ubisoft's “The Division”, for me the most complete and exciting crafting system in an RPG. The system used in “The Division” makes players struggle to acquire resources to manufacture their items, being able to freely choose which attribute they want to put on their weapons or armor.

The gacha pet system is the beginning of all woes. Unless that is removed, there will be a huge wall to attracting new players. Locking seasonal buffs behind new pets is the worst aspect for sure. The second issue is the sheer number of paywalled hero builds. I'd suggested lowering the prices(hero tokens) of the oldest ones or even rotating them into being free after a long time.

Regarding the not allowing filtering, you make the game worse for your users to block bots out, the cure in this case is worse then the illness. This is a miserable solution.

I have a question is there a way to fix the game startup if you start the game from your quick bar the game forces you to restart the game from steam to play?

The tutorial is annoying and honestly can/does get your Hardcore character killed. The part of the story with the lasers and traps has a part where you can level up and it puts a full screen tutorial popup on--screen that disables all your input until you click Skip. If you were moving through a laser (even if its off currently) when that pops up you die 100% of the time. And that's not even the only time it can get you killed. Please make the tutorial optional.

Andre, regarding the connection issue, I saw a user on discord that troubleshot the problem as Windows Fireball blocking TLI. This is something that can be managed in the installer.

Hi Andre! My name is Katie. I had a few things to report. 1. For Series X controller, in the inventory menus or skill selection menus and many other parts of the game, the cursor drifts upwards sometimes when moving the right-stick to control the cursor. It's not my controller - it's happening on every Series Xbox controller I own (and one of them brand new) and I even tested this on 2 PCs - my RTX 4070 and my older GTX 1080 PC. There is something coded incorrectly in the game, like a dead zone issue or something. It makes it very difficult to use the cursor to scroll text descriptions on items and skills, and other things where the right-stick is essential when using a controller. 2. Can you please add stronger visual indicator, an audio cue and maybe a larger window for Bloody Mary's 1-shot attack? It's very quiet and also very hard to see with Gemma's Frost Terra skill. 3. Can you please add larger cursors to the game? I am playing the game at 2160p and the cursor is very tiny.

This game is incredibly fun, the class design is unique and again fun as hell but Pal is right; the monetization around pets is not okay but I would also add that the monetization around boons is also not okay. I spent 50 USD and got duplicates which I thought was not possible.

Regarding Andre's spreadsheet comment: Players are already doing this(cooldown calculations and DPS for instance). We need a path of building like program or a combat simulator where we can change every combat stat and effect like Lost Ark.

My friends recommended TL:I to me like a year ago or so. I've fallen in love with the game. My only complaints regarding gacha pets system are very low rates at which you get primodrial crystals. Free daily ones are not giving much, and moment when you roll xp tokens or oblivion pots from golden chest just sucks. Also just simply reducing orbs normally to 5 or 8 and then when it's promo reducing it even lower could help a lot. One more question, in the past you were giving a lot of primos via gifts trough mails but so far this season are none. Still keep rocking. Have really fun time with the season.

Despite having some red flags for me (Chinese, mobile, p2w) l decided to give the game a go and l was pleasantly surprised. Over 100h in now and stil going. The entry treshhold is low while the celing is still relativly high. And so many QoL things l wish other titles did. Gg 👊

I have an idea how to make heroes more accessable for players. How abut to make a "free" rotations from season to season? Like random 2-4 heroes make free to use in season, then another ones etc. So players still need to buy them to have infinite but in same time they can try em for one seadon as a trial and decide should they buy em or not.

the main thing that pains me in torchlight, is i come back to play the season, but some people get the seasonal pet. the seasonal pet should be EARNABLE each season. (literally just a rank 1 pet) 1 as incentive to play and have something to work for, simply a reward for your efforts. 2 to offer somewhat "fairness" for people that cant afford £50-100 to pull it. this would be incredibly good for your game and detour some of the "pay to win" i quit. heck even raid shadow legends throw you a free legendary log in champ.... and they are predatory as hell.

feedback: I have played alot and paid a decent amount even this season got the pass maybe spent 100 euro + all because i wanted too ofc this is alot to be spending and msot was to get pact spirits cause im a sucker for a gatcha xD but i got a freind to try out torch this season he had alot of fun even got season pass played alot together thank you btw for coop this is what got him in but o boi when he found out about pact spirits and saw the differance between mine and his he was very vocal about it things like what is this ptw bs xD i personally love pact spirits they add another layer of customisation to the character but i do understand there very much behind a pay wall so need more ways to get them for free i guess or reduce the price to a fair value cause rng at the current price is a bit much i suppose

Great video, i have over 500 hours in the game, an idea about the hero monetization, lower the hero tokens needed to unlock the heroes by half, this will give an option for free to play players open them naturaly during the legue, 100 tokens is way to hard to get in a legue unless youre a hardcore farmer. Im a casual dad that playes a few hours a day if im lucky, last legue i couldnt play the cateye lightning thingie becouse i was litteraly missing 15 hero tokens and had no source of getting them for that season.... This season i could unlock a new hero but now im down to 15 tokens, and have to wait for another legue to unlock a hero...which sucks... (I did pay for moto charge calling when it came out, tottaly worth it)

Like this sort of transparency. Would like to see some of the seasonal mechanic nerf undone though. It feels pointless a lot of the time, get 3+ currency vouchers just to get 4fe.

I have to be honest and share my two cents because I think it's crazy how everyone else in the comment section is staying positive about this. While you did address some of the concerns regarding monetization, the only thing I got out of everything you said was "well we are aware of these things and are looking into it". That doesn't say a whole lot, and it also doesn't make me want to trust you guys more. You also confirmed that the gacha system for the pets are not going to get removed, so that basically confirms that these monetization practices are not really going to disappear anytime soon if that is what keeps the game from shutting down. I appreciate you trying to be transparent though, but you didn't REALLY address some of these issues, nor did you provide any clear solutions for it.

Please, regionalize the prices, here in Brazil one single hero costs like 8% of a minimum wage.
