This guy has potential but, he need to work on his technique, please stop playing doing sur place and be focus on the basic of defense your position and try don’t be caught off guard. He has the speed, I hope he keeps working and don’t give up for the lac of a trainer who teach him.

Drawing the last position on keirin must suck. They should give riders at the back a time handicap similar to runners on a track starting in a staggered fashion to ensure they all run the same distance. Also, 2:47. Dolan obviously isn't thing in Britain. LOL!

Using that much gear and low pedal speed, long cranks work fine , I would think that there is more speed without the stupid tall black socks!!! I'm old school 😊no socks 😊

@Jay-Jo4580 5 ай бұрын
Yeah because they're pros they're trained their gears is Part of their fitting when you got tested Vo2 wattage power Lactate and your threshold the One who tested or train you with their operating system will find a gear that fits you for example your legs is measured as 68cm muscular then you can exert 2500watts and you can hold that wattage for 20s they will find a gear that will match the max wattage that you exert for example 2500w is your max wattage then they will give you 60t chainring and 12t or 13t cog well too bad you're not track cyclist like us who gets big gears to run fast😂😂 farewell my friend i hope these explanation will help shake your brain

@@VintageHorseRacing Nah what I'm saying is if you can Hold 2500watts not in warm up but in a race how do you think the Cyclist Win they hold as much 2000+watts if you didn't understand what I'm saying Just take a look at the Olympic track cycling They go all out they reach 70km/h and they exert 2000+watts well you won't understand because you're not a track cyclist

Awesome ! I am from Argentina and I have never seen track bikes race on grass. I find it very interesting. I am an amateur track cycling racer, and I am curious to know what gear ratio they use in this type of events? 90 inches?
@IsaacSmall
@IsaacSmall 6 ай бұрын
That’s great! The gearing really depends on the condition of the grass and race but can’t be anywhere from 70-90 inch gears normally.
