I think the reason KF didn't go after Geno, while going for the other guy is because, and this is just my theory, can be wrong, Geno went a neutral stance with Chris, despite the little "And then..." moments, while the guy who did the "Vs the World" doc seemed to be a little too kind to Chris, while others went too hard on ripping on Chris.

Solid justifies shooting someone in a comic by talking sbout how HE drew the OTHER person coming after HIM with a knife. It was Solids choice to make it that way. Evebtually he changed it, but Kacey is pointing out how insane it is for him to draw out his violent fantasies because it illustrates thats what Solid wants to do to someone.
