i love this video. its look the necessity to separate oly Wl of others lifts and to own TWO BARS (for personal Homegym)....A good power bushing bar (all ipf cert brands) and a whippy bearing oly bar (only Eleiko please... others are just imitation.... but Zangkong and DHS are very good too ... beautiful imitatiôn of wippyness and spin but just knurling too smooth for my big hands...Werksan is not intertesting..i prefer added 100$ and by the true sweedish... Uesaka is problematic for jerk... my powerlifting bar is more whippy than Uesaka)
