I am so sorry for your loss. I have one and it is the best plane I have flown so far. I like it so much I bought the micro version so I can fly anyplace anytime I want to. Please don't give up on this plane. I have crashed my big one many times due to the fact I only have ben flying RC planes for a couple of years. Fortunately the damages were minor and did not total it. You might want to check out the micro version. It is only $199 and it flies just like the big one but I doubt you will ever crash it.

Thank you, the Draco is indeed one of my favorite planes. I dont have any experience with the UMX version, but it looks fun. The big one is in our collection again, and we fly it a lot.

I do not think so. Because the Fusion 360 is a bit larger and the tailboom is longer. The 330 fit perfectly with its smaller footprint.

What radio are you using,? Where able to enable retracts on the 6250?

Im using a IX12 from Spektrum and yes the retracts work with the 6250HX. If you want to enable the 6th channel, update the 6250 to the latest open stock firmware. And from Forward Program enable channel 6 and assign a switch. I use the stock Roban gear setup with the servo in the nose and bars to the rear wheels.

Yes that always a bummer. But now almost one year further, the flights with my Habu is going way better.

@Reinierbaasrc it's crazy when it happens. Slightest movement and it drops like it loses control. It's super frustrating. From what I understand if you're going fast and too much elevator will cause that to happen .

@@Kbeezzy23 @nonenone2227 yes you are right. Also what my experience is that if you fly with SAFE this problems acour more frequently. Without SAFE i dont have this kind of wierd behaviors.

information this is a servo glitch crash. caused by excess vibration coming from the prop/motor. the excessive amount of noise coming from the model was a clue. it is probable that the prop being used was too thin/flexible for the application. this happens, a lot, when manufacturers use scale-look props that are too flexible. instead of an E prop. d

Hi, the body is almost stock, for stability i changed the metalboom to a carbon one from Blade. The main body is still a 330s with stock settings. Also no change to FBL. To keep the body inplace and prevent shaking i fixed the upper canopy mounts to the body.

I just installed this fuselage on a 330s. I noticed in your video that it looked like you only put the 4 screws with washers on the tail piece. So does your tail just float inside the back or did you secure the 330s tail to the fuselage with the stock screws that originally went through the stock tailfin?

The tail is secured with the stock screws in to the fusalage and bracket from the stock fin. Inside the tail is only held in place by these four screws. The only modification i did to the tail is the servo bracket these you have to change the position to make it fit.

At that moment we did not know, when you replaced the Ar631 and use Safe you have to reprogram the receiver and load the airplane in to it. So with the basic settings the airplane reacts unexpected.
