England really have produced some very decent midfielders. From Carrick to Scholes to Beckham to Lampard to Gerrard, and nowadays to Bellingham and Foden, not forgetting Gascoigne, Ince, Barnes... We've had some true talents over the years.

He was like a Pirlo type defender but had more than Pirlo even had, he could go around you, out pace you, ping a ball to your toe from the other side of the pitch, tall strong, seriously he was a top class defender at his peak and his peak was for like 10 years! COYS
