Ces trompettes retentissaient au TNP à la fin des entractes pour dire aux spectateurs de finir verres et esquimaux et de regagner la salle. Ces quelques notes ne s'oublient pas. LeTNP a dû s'inspirer de Bayreuth, ou les cuivres, du balcon, battaient le rappel des spectateurs avec un leitmotiv de l'opéra en cours.

He doesn't ask any question. He explains that after hearing Régine Crespin singing Les nuits d'été, he tried to sing those classical Berlioz songs, and he thinks it works. And it is actually me saying "Oui", meaning of course it works Rufus ! You sing those songs wonderfully, with so much emotion ! I would love you to record this song cycle <3

Interesting body language. I've never, ever seen Rufus sing with his arms crossed like that! He is not comfortable speaking French, since he is Québécois. He spoke in French, then the audience laughed and he said, "did in say something wrong?"
