I have to say l laughed when you stated, “First remove the plastic protective wrap.” I’m not claiming to be mechanically inclined or even handy… However, l was 99.9% positive that I had to remove the plastic wrap. Electrostatic sheet are compulsory or not? Without sheets my filter work normally or not? Plz help

My premax filter tray is as if sealed. It is NOT detaching from the section above as shown. Also, the arms don’t stay out … is there a trick to accomplish that? Suggestions? This process is hard every time but I’m not sure it’ll separate this time. It’s very frustrating.

Found this for the V7 animal, Note Blue end Cap Hepa Filter and Grey end cap No Hepa filters.

I even have some issues removing the prefilter from the HealthPro Plus sometimes... and I've used the unit for over 11 years, lol!🤔 It is not the easiest filter to change, for sure. That said, these 3rd party filters don't really look like they are of the same quality you get from IQAir.

That looks like a Dyson V8, not V6. I have a V6 and the back definitely does not twist off, you have to remove a screw to get that part off and there's no good filter, just a two pieces of foam.

Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

Thanks- i don’t remember reading anywhere to remove the top. I’ve been struggling for years, trying to “slide” the bottom filter tray out. 🙄 It would have made a great comedic video of someone trying to keep both the side arms open at the same time and trying to get the bottom tray out. I dread the pre-filter changes.

How do I tell if it’s hard water residue or mold growing? I put in a new filter last night (clean humidifier) and today there were small brown dots that looked like mold growing inside the filter.

This video is all I needed to figure out that I was missing the blue clip that stays on the machine. Someone threw it out with the bag before buying new ones, so It looked like part of the bag.

Mine is absolute shite. When you close the lid the machine doesn’t put the dust into the bag, just all round the compartment it’s in. I’ve watched this video so many times and you can’t really get changing it wrong. The vacuum though is just an incredibly shit product.

Any videos on how to replace the lower hose and where to purchase one, very difficult to track down. Our Amazon has no luck. It has like a stick in on one side and a screw in on the other end of the hose, and it also used a T 15 STAR with the little hole for a screw driver to get the dame thing apart. They made this very difficult to service.....

The filter is not that easy to remove. It just doesn't twist off with two fingers.

Always its a hassle to remove the bag. Got to toss,turn, flip left and right back and forth and the holder comes out with it then use my legs to hold it down and pull the bag. After much struggle its out 🙄😭😫😩😤🤬😬.
