When u live in California but you live and BREATHE SEC FOOTBALL , my godmother went to Bama , mother was born in Georgia , father has family in Louisiana and grandparents ( maternally) were born in Texas and Georgia respectively

There's about as much wrong with Tara's Theme as there was with the statue of Frederick Douglas BLM tore down...from a former Redcoat Band member.

Actually no , Tara theme is a beautiful piece taking that somg away is wrong on so many levels, it has no rasicm in the Actually music it self . Also the movie shows more historical accurate things from the time than most movies .there are more movies that are out there about the subject that show way brutal parts that came out more recent that movie. Also the lady who played mammy literally made history when she won the Oscar for best supporting actress. For peices liek that it should be associated with those idea there NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT PEIECE coming from a musician myself

I grew up in the Cord Mill community. (50's and 60's) Spent many, many summers at the "Creek". That is what everybody in the community called it. My Daddy worked at The Mill over 30 years.
