I absolutely love this color, but I’m nervous I’d get sick of the neon orange after a while. 😂 Anyone able to say if orange gets old?

Bought one that should arrive tomorrow, literally because a full scale of the same design was almost $500, when this bass in walnut finish was $199. Every review i saw on this bass was things like "i want this as my main bass, and i own a full scale." So, hopefully it's as good as everyone raves about.

how would one go about adjusting the neck on an acoustic?....(seriously asking because i didn't know that was something you could actually do without a truss-rod). Side-note: I did my own experiment today & it wouldve made GREAT youtube material if i had filmed it. but i im not a youtuber..1st off, i generally have played with a 0.5mm pick , which is the flimsiest-of-the-flim you can get!...Not ONLY did i replace my acoustic strings with electric strings, but i did it with 8's!..i'm using a "cheap Walmart guitar' i ordered online (Ashthorpe acoustic electric) which i paid less than $120 for (but it is gorgeous!!) ..as i have typed this just now: i literally just rounded out the fret-edges with a small file to make it easier to play (and i'm no guitar-luthier-expert) ...The overall sound is very bright and sharp...i havent even plugged it in yet to hear how that translates....To sum it all up, it feels like i am playing a guitar made of butter! extremely light to the touch!.....acoustic guitar doesnt have to be difficult...i can only imagine what it might be like when i plug this sucker in!

If you're going to show the sounds then a direct input would be better. That sounds awful just hearing from speakers, doesn't do the cp88 justice soundwise im afraid.

I find that the Snark tuner works best just behind the nut, as opposed to the very end of the guitar. I actually noticed quite a difference in accuracy.

I bought my set today. Never owned drums before...played around with some about 8 yrs ago and fell in love! Turns out I'm a natural. My niece was kinda pissed because she had had them for a couple months, and wasn't getting very far. I sat down, and within less than 30 mins, I figured out how to do a drum roll. Couldn't buy drums then, because I was living in a teeny tiny RV. Now, I'm still in a small trailer, but my hubby insisted on finding space for some drums for my bday. All hail FB marketplace...barely used set, headphones included for $200. And yes...I LOVE THEM!! So glad you posted this video so I could check them out before I bought them.😊

I love seeing everyone's opinion on this bass, I bought one because I wanted to flip the strings and play it left handed and I didn't want to be experimenting with an expensive guitar. I love it.

Funny thing about that advertisement, he didn’t play a Baretta. The guitar in that pic is not his 5150. The 5150 had a Pacer body, unslanted pickup, the neck was based on one of the Frankie necks, and the headstock was the banana based on his Destroyer, which itself was based on a Explorer. It most definitely was not a Baretta. The Kramer 84 is based on that 5150, not so much the Baretta.

I have one. I put a JB in the bridge and a 80s era ESP "vintage style" tremolo with brass V saddles. The saddles are stamped ESP and the block is FAT!! This guitar screams for more and more punishment. When you just wanna bang around in the bar this is really all you need. It was the best 200 bucks Ive spent. The Duncan JB and the ESP bridge I already had, I primarily got this guitar to lightly mod and just leave at the bar. It didnt disappoint.

Owned 2 of the original ones back years ago great guitars. Love the paint on that one and if I do buy one thats the color I want. Used to have an 87 USA Jackson super strat in the color and it was stunning.

HELIX is nice! Guitar processors can make a big difference in sound depending on the CAB IR you use. actually there are many IR products on the market, but I think DYNAX IR has the best sound. As stated in their product description, DYNAX IR is really fast. When using IRs, the pick attack is sometimes delayed, and it is difficult to add picking nuances, but their IR prevents all of that. It's revolutionary!

I once had an 00-18 but sold it during my college years, 60 years ago. I now again have a 1965 Martin 00-18 and thoroughly enjoy playing it. At that time you had to wait many months for this guitar and it had a rosewood fret board, I purchased mine off Reverb. I love the tone and it is one of my favorite guitars. I especially enjoy mahogany guitars as I was brought up listening my father play his 1945 Martin D-18. These guitars do improve with age and are one of the best guitars to purchase and enjoy for the rest of your lifetime. Now at 82, I play mine every day!

Your demonstration of decreasing the pitch of a string to the target point and stopping at the point where only the blue color (you call it "green") target point is reached demonstrates an incorrect method of tuning a string. (1) When you're tuning your guitar by tuner or harmonic tuning (both of which you are demonstrating) and a string vibration is OVER the target blue point, you should lower the string BELOW the target point so it is slightly flat, then very gradually raise it until the blue light point is reached, but no yellow color is showing. If you over-shoot and some yellow is showing, lower it down, again, to when a slightly flat red color is showing and then gradually raise it to the blue target point is reached and no yellow is showing. The reason follows: (2) Both worm gears inside each tuning key, no matter how expensive, have a small amount of slack between them and by lowering the pitch of a string, this slack occurs. Then, when you start playing the guitar, the string tension pulls that slack out of the gears and it is prone to going slightly flat. This is a matter of physics, not opinion. (3) The approach in #1 above removes that tiny amount of slack so flattening of pitch does not occur. The gears remain tight against each other in this way. Turning the tuner key in the position of increasing pitch and hitting the blue target point, but not showing yellow color, ensures that the gears have no slack in them and won't flatten with playing of the guitar. This is the widely-accepted method of tuning when a tuning device is used, including all versions of tuners for the guitar, even the stroboscopic Petersons. Even when you are harmonically tuning off the 6th string and not using a tuner, the gear slack issue must be considered. Tune upwards until correct pitch is achieved, never downward.
