I like how, in the game, you can just send people like Keira and Letho to Kaer Morhen without Geralt even knowing about the upcoming battle. Just "Oh, you've nowhere to go? Go to our hidden witcher fortress. Just tell them Geralt said it's OK."

I start physiotherapy 3 weeks after surgery,, and after 4 weeks therapy then i begin working out with resistant band. And day by day my strength and size gained.. Now 8 months Post-ORIF i can do pullup and pushups easily, and now max bench press 25kg+25kg dumbbell.. Deadlift 120kg (My Height 5.10ft weight 78kg)

@@afridyabir This gives me a lot of hope man specially since my surgeon says the plate will stay there forever and countless people say it bothers them while working out so they remove it at ~1 year mark. Iain Valliere also didn't remove his plate and said lateral raises were a though one to get back into. Anyways amazing physique bro I'd hope to look like that someday

@@davidva8028 no need to remove plate if it doesn’t bothers you.. And always try not to use your injured arm, god give you second chance so be safe.. And never use any steroids or growth hormones, it will rapid gain muscle and rupture stiches which is very dangerous...
