I really appreciate this upload. Bad quality and all! As a former assistant for Peach County, it's good to know these old shows aren't totally lost. This 2002 show is good but The Macon Battle 2000 show in front of FAMU band was the best because it was the first time Peach County ever did a dance routine. Shocked everyone! All the students were like family and worked very hard.

Most people don’t know why miles did pinwheels down field but it does have meaning. Miles college band name is the Purple Marching Machine. Prof Means told me, when I was in high school, the pinwheels represent the inside of a machine.
