Cool trail, i recently finish an '13 YZ that i converted to ride better in the woods, i did the WR transmission some porting on the cases and the transfer ports, have an Apex cylinder head with the XC dome in it and revalve the suspension, still in the breaking period but it has lots of low and mid grunt, if you thinking of any upgrade the Apex head is well worth it 💪👍

This is in eastern Washington, I love the 250x it's the perfect bike for the price. It can pretty much do anything you throw at it.

I e see your videos before your an awesome rider. I think you used to ride a Sherco. I just went to little naches for the very first time on my TE. It was awesome, I hope one day I ride like you.

@@ginosalandra Thank you! This is actually my first singletrack and enduro bike. One of the guys I ride with rides a Sherco, and he loves the bike as well. They definitely make very capable bikes.

I recommend saving up a tad more for a yz250 or a yz250x, a ton more reliable. You could find one for the same price range. Thanks for the watch!

Stay high in the Rpms, feather the clutch more than you would a 4 stroke. I stopped riding 2 strokes on trails because of the stalling

Depends if you like kick start or push button start when you are in hard areas to kick bike over i like the ktm but yes these bikes do the same as 250xcw 300s got more torque and can lug in 2nd in tough situations very well

For how cheap and reliable and Yamaha is it's hard to beat. The bike is amazing. It works great stock, but if you are riding tight and technical stuff you will need to add some parts, like flywheel weight and gear down.

Since I put in the Lectron Carb, haven't fouled a plug. Went from 1 plug every other ride to no new plugs for months. By far the best mod for Washington riding.
