Prime Don Chinjao should be A LOT higher(prolly inbetween Sengoku and Garp) Katakuri below Yamato and Zoro. Blackbeard, and the Elders aren't even users of cosk Garp and Sengoku should be higher than Kaido Id put Luffy over Kaido imo
