Hey, you are doing great! Best video about this I have seen so far, great. You are a warrior of your own body! Working out not trying to show what you are not, great. Recommend you to stop in taking animal products, mixing proteins and carbs, taking sugar with food or sugared ``food``. If you have a full fruit diet in morning, 2 meal per day separated at least 4 hours or each other perfectly combined, then you do the next on yoga practices. I was fat to 115 kg when I was 12 years old, no deal, is our past generations did not know how to eat and live, I am Elias from Mexico, former yoga teacher and naturist physiological therapist, I study physics, but now I dedicate my self to health. Love for your journey, is not for ours is for the ones coming, so they don't live what we had to.
