As a plumber, I mess up my rotator cuff for a few days whenever I have to do piping over my head for hours on end. The blood being drained from the arms at the same time having to exert repetitive force in awkward positions

It really is incredible to me just how perfect the relationship is between shapes of the bones and the tendons, arteries, and muscles, etc. that attach to them.
