I was hoping 475 would get the hooter back, but it sure is nice hear the SP 6 chime again.

475 did get her 8 inch hooter back from right after her accident until early of 2023, she then got the 12 inch hooter back for almost the whole year, and then in the autumn wore the No. 39’s 3 chime which is now on 89 again I think. I’m sure she will get to wear one of the hooters again at some point this year.

Great video. Nice to hear the 475 has the SP 6 Chime again. Although it’s not really historically accurate, still has a very nice echoing sound. It does suit shots of the engine in the winter time 😀

@@BNSF36542 yes. From what I’ve heard is she wore it from September 2021 until November 2022 when the you know what happened in Paradise (don’t really like to talk about it). She then got the 8 inch hooter again until early 2023 and then the 12 inch hooter again for most of the year until the fall.
